For the Birds Christmas Card I've decided to make another Christmas card for this challenge. I like to have a variety to choose from when Christmastime comes around so I thought making them throughout the year would help. I chose one of the cute snowman images at From the Heart to make this card. The twist was to use a black base which worked very well with these papers from the Magic of the Season paper pack by Paper Studio. Supplies Patterned Paper; Paper Studio (Magic of the Season Paper Pack) Digi: From the Heart Stamps (For the Birds) Colored Pencils  Ribbon Border Punch: Fiskars (Scalloped Sentiments) Inside Sentiment: Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps (Christmas Interiors)

Freshly Made Sketches 141 challenge was the inspiration behind this card. I had paper from Kaisercraft that I wanted to use so that's where I started. Instead of cutting small pieces and placing them on the card, I cut one large background piece and layered black strips for the cross-sections. Supplies Stamps-Inkadinkado, Hero Arts (Everyday Sayings) Inks-Tim Holtz Distress (Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feather), Versafine (Onyx Black) Patterned Paper-Kaisercraft (Afresh)
