- Using bits and pieces of paper I have created many cards and scrapbook pages to share with my family and friends. Occasionally, I have taught classes in scrapbooking and was a Design Team Leader at a local store. Lately, I have been focusing on creating cards for various challenges.

When I saw the color challenge at Color Throwdown I knew exactly which stamps I wanted to work with. I bought this set from Sweet-n-Sassy (landscape silhouettes) quite a while ago and just never took the time to ink them up. I used the current sketch challenge From the Heart sketch. It worked so well with these colors too. I love the final card.

My niece and her husband have a spring anniversary coming up and I'm sure I'll need a card. Tulips were the flowers at her wedding so I always try to incorporate them in her card each year. I used a sketch from My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 164. Although you can't really see in the picture, I lifted two layers with foam tape to add dimension. The color combination is one of my favorites.

Today's card features Birthday Lulu from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. I made it for several challenges: The Pink Elephant Color Pink Challenge, Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 208, Kraftin' Kimmie's Spring Colors Challenge, and Anything Goes Challenge by Seize the Birthday. It's such a cute girly birthday card I'm sure that someone will enjoy receiving it.
